Rental periods are calculated in 24-hour increments starting from the agreed collection time. Equipment must be returned by the agreed return date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges as specified in your rental agreement.

Equipment may be collected from our premises or delivered to your specified location for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You must inspect all Equipment upon receipt and report any issues immediately.

You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of Equipment during the Rental Period. You will be charged the full replacement cost for lost or stolen items, and repair costs for damaged Equipment. We recommend obtaining adequate insurance coverage.

All Equipment is tested before rental. You must inspect and test Equipment immediately upon receipt. Failure to report defects within 24 hours of collection/delivery constitutes acceptance of Equipment in good working order.

4.7 Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies are specified in individual rental agreements. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start time may incur cancellation fees.

5. Equipment Purchase Terms

5.1 Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product information is error-free. If Equipment does not match its description, your remedy is as set out in our Refund Policy.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5.3 Payment

Payment must be made in full before Equipment is dispatched. We accept payments via credit/debit card and other methods as displayed on our website. All transactions are processed securely through authorised payment processors.

5.4 Title and Risk

Title and risk in purchased Equipment pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for insuring Equipment from that point.

For equipment rentals, we may require a security deposit. Deposits are refundable upon return of Equipment in satisfactory condition. Deductions may be made for damage, loss, late return, or cleaning fees.

Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

We warrant that rental Equipment will be in good working order at the commencement of the Rental Period. Purchased Equipment is subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable. We provide no additional warranties beyond those expressly stated.
